Rosalía kicks off the Latin American leg of her “Lux Tour” this Thursday in Bogotá. Since March, the tour has traveled through Europe and North America with a large-scale show in which the singer combines music, theater, and an elaborate stage production that has turned every concert into an immersive experience.
The Catalan artist will perform at the Movistar Arena in the Colombian capital after more than four months of shows at some of the world’s leading venues, including the Accor Arena in Paris, the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona, The O2 in London, and Madison Square Garden in New York.
The concert in Bogotá will mark the start of the Latin American leg of a tour that began on March 16 in Lyon, France, and which, after traveling through Europe, the United States, and Canada, will continue through Chile, Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico before concluding on September 3 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
In total, the “Lux Tour” includes 42 shows across 17 countries and is the most ambitious tour of Rosalía’s career.
The show is conceived as a production divided into several acts, with strong theatrical and operatic influences, featuring a live orchestra that accompanies much of the concert.

One of the most eagerly anticipated moments of each night is the so-called “confessional,” a segment in which Rosalía invites a guest to sit in front of the audience to share an anecdote or a confession before moving on to the next part of the show.
Artists such as Karol G—who appeared in Los Angeles and spoke about a romantic disappointment—singer Chappell Roan, New Zealand singer Lorde, comedian Marcello Hernández, and figures like Aitana, Bad Gyal, Najwa Nimri, and Guitarricadelafuente have all appeared on that show.
Rosalía Vila Tobella (Sant Esteve Sesrovires, Barcelona, 1992) has established herself as one of Spain’s most internationally renowned artists thanks to a career marked by the fusion of flamenco with pop, urban music, and electronic music.
After making a name for herself with *Los Ángeles* (2017), she achieved worldwide recognition with *El mal querer* (2018), driven by hits such as “Malamente” and “Pienso en tu mirá,” before expanding her reach with *Motomami* (2022), an album that received critical acclaim and won the Grammy for Best Latin Rock or Alternative Album.
Following her performance in Bogotá, the artist will perform on July 24 and 25 in Santiago, Chile; on August 1 and 2 in Buenos Aires; on August 10 in Rio de Janeiro; on August 15 in Guadalajara; on August 19 in Monterrey; on August 24 and 26 in Mexico City, and she will wrap up the tour on September 3 in San Juan, according to Agencia EFE.
