CONCACAF has already finalized the first stage of the 2026-27 Nations League, a tournament that will once again bring together the top national teams from North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. With the official group draw, the path has been set for the teams seeking to advance to the knockout stage and compete for the championship.
For Hispanic fans living in the United States, the good news is that the Mexican national team has already secured its spot in the quarterfinals, so it will not compete in the group stage. El Tricolor earned direct qualification, along with the United States, Canada, and Panama—teams that will also wait to find out who their respective opponents will be once the first round concludes. The other 12 teams in League A will have to compete in the group stage to stay alive in the tournament and vie for one of the four available spots in the Quarterfinals.

Group A consisted of Costa Rica, Haiti, Trinidad and Tobago, Curaçao, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic.
A region with teams that have shown improvement in recent years and that promises a very close race for the top spots.
Meanwhile, Group B will consist of Honduras, Jamaica, Guatemala, Suriname, Martinique, and El Salvador.
On paper, it looks like it will be one of the most competitive divisions in the tournament.

League B and League C also finalized their groups

The activity is not limited to the top division.
In League B, the teams were divided into four groups.
Group A consists of Guyana, Puerto Rico, Dominica, and the Cayman Islands; Group B consists of Guadeloupe, Bermuda, Saint Lucia, and Barbados.
Group C consists of Cuba, Grenada, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and Bonaire; while Group D consists of French Guiana, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Belize, and Sint Maarten.
For its part, League C has also defined its three divisions.
Group A will include Montserrat, the Turks and Caicos Islands, and the British Virgin Islands.
Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, and Anguilla will compete in Group B.
