Netflix’s hit romantic comedy ‘Emily in Paris’ will once again leave France and shoot season six in Greece and Monaco, Variety reported Friday.
The Lily Collins-starring project will begin production in May in two new locations for a plot that remains under wraps, but all indications are that it will follow Emily Cooper’s trip to Greece after receiving an invitation for a getaway from chef Gabriel (Lucas Bravo).
The fifth season was the first to leave France to shoot much of its production in Rome and Venice. In addition, the series has filmed in other French cities, such as Saint Tropez and Megève.

The new installment will feature the return of almost the entire main cast, including Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu (Sylvie Grateau), Ashley Park (Mindy Chen), Lucas Bravo, Samuel Arnold (Julien), Bruno Gouery (Luc) and Lucien Laviscount (the British Alfie), among others.
Premiering on Netflix in 2020, the plot of one of the entertainment behemoth’s most popular series follows Emily Cooper, a Chicago marketing executive who moves to Paris to bring an American perspective to a prestigious French luxury firm, Agencia EFE reported.
