American singer Dolly Parton announced that she will postpone until September 2026 the six concerts she was scheduled to perform in Las Vegas in December this year, due to health problems.
“As many know, I have been facing some health issues, and my doctors are telling me that I need to undergo some procedures,” the artist explained in a statement posted on her X account.
Parton noted that medical treatments will prevent her from rehearsing and preparing for the show as she would like: “You guys pay good money to see me perform, and I want to be at my best for you.

The country music interpreter ruled out that this postponement means a withdrawal from the stage, “I just need a little time to be ready for the show (…) and for more great adventures with all of you,” she added.
The concert series ‘Dolly: Live in Las Vegas’, initially scheduled for December 4, 6, 7, 10, 12 and 13, 2025 at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, will finally be held on September 17, 19, 20, 23, 25 and 26, 2026, according to the singer’s statement, reported Agencia EFE.
