Pitbull will be one of the artists performing at the 2026 Billboard Latin Music Week, which will take place this coming October in Miami Beach (United States) and will also feature other prominent singers such as Lola Índigo and Kany García.
The American singer of Cuban descent will participate in the event while he is in the midst of his global tour “I’m Back,” which will take him across North America and Europe through the end of the year.
As part of this tour, Pitbull recently broke a Guinness World Record by gathering nearly 70,000 people in London’s Hyde Park who all wore fake bald caps at the same time, in honor of the artist.
Many celebrities will participate in Billboard Latin Music Week
Billboard Latin Music Week is considered the largest gathering of the Spanish-language music industry, bringing together executives and artists, and will take place October 19–22, 2026, at the Faena Forum in Miami Beach.
The organization revealed the names of the first artists yesterday, including Lola Índigo from Spain, Greeicy from Colombia, and Jay Wheeler and Kany García from Puerto Rico.
Joining this lineup are Colombian artists Jessi Uribe, Paola Jara, and Ryan Castro; Puerto Rican artist RaiNao; Argentine artist Trueno; and the band Rawayana and singer-songwriter Zhamira, both from Venezuela.
The event coincides with the 2026 Billboard Latin Music Awards, which will be held in Miami on Thursday, October 22, and will be broadcast live on Telemundo and Peacock.
Last year’s event celebrated 12 consecutive years of growth for Latin music—which is now the fourth-largest music genre in the United States—by bringing together artists such as Daddy Yankee, Pablo Alborán, Carín León, Aitana, and Laura Pausini, according to Agencia EFE.
