Midfielder Jordan Henderson took a spectacular fall on Sunday while trying to jump over an advertising fence as the England national team players celebrated with fans after advancing to the World Cup quarterfinals in Mexico City.
The Brentford player’s uncontrolled fall caused alarm among coach Thomas Tuchel’s staff.

After the grueling match in which the Three Lions beat Mexico 2-3 with only ten players at Azteca Stadium, the players made their way to a section of the stadium where the English fans were gathered in the stands.
While the players were shouting cheers, jumping, and dancing, the former Liverpool player lost his balance as he tried to step over an advertisement.
After the collision, it seemed as though he had been injured.

Minutes earlier, after the final whistle, the 36-year-old player had told reporters that the tense atmosphere of the match “was unlike anything” he had ever experienced before.
