Tonight’s is Nikola Jokic’s third-highest scoring output in his 11th NBA season.

This follows the 61 points he scored in April 2025 against the Minnesota Timberwolves and the 56 he signed in December 2024 against the Washington Wizards.

This performance by Nikola Jokic comes with little rest, after playing 24 hours earlier another game -against the Sacramento Kings- in which he scored 35 points (16 of 19 from the field) and 15 rebounds.

With today’s win, the Nuggets (9-2) are in second place in the Western Conference, behind only the all-conquering Oklahoma City Thunder (12-1).

The Clippers, meanwhile, are off to a disappointing start to the season with a 3-8 record.
