U.S. President Donald Trump released a video on Thursday generated by artificial intelligence (AI) in which he portrays himself as a doctor treating celebrities who, according to him, suffer from “Anti-Trump Delirium Syndrome” (TDS), a disorder he claims affects his most ardent critics.
“Have you or someone you know been diagnosed with TDS? The symptoms can be relentless. Fortunately, I’m Dr. Trump, and I have a treatment plan. Let’s hear what some of my patients have to say,” announced the Republican, dressed in a doctor’s white coat.
Next, AI-generated TV and movie stars such as Rosie O’Donnell, John Leguizamo, Whoopi Goldberg, Edward Norton, Robert De Niro, and Julia Roberts appear on screen, explaining their “symptoms” to the camera.

“I feel like I’ve aged 20 years in the last two. I’ve been very worried. I was really starting to worry about my future,” says the AI-generated version of Julia Roberts.
For his part, De Niro said that he was now almost “unrecognizable” and that he “made everyone around him miserable.”
Trump’s Controversial Video Targeting Celebrities
The remedy, according to Trump, is “simple”: “Turn off the fake news, pray, and if you ever feel anxious, drink a Diet Coke like I do, and you’ll see a noticeable difference in your life,” he concluded in the one-and-a-half-minute video.
Trump has repeatedly used this made-up syndrome against celebrities who criticize him, such as singer Bruce Springsteen, who, according to the president, suffers from a “horrible and incurable” case of TDS.
As for the celebrities who appear in the video, Trump went so far as to call the actor from *The Godfather* “sick and deranged” after the actor called for the president to be “got rid of” on a podcast.

This isn’t the first time Trump has used AI on social media to lash out at his critics.
The most recent controversy occurred last April, in the midst of a heated exchange with Pope Leo XIV, when he posted an image in which he appeared to be depicted as Jesus Christ.
In the wake of the criticism, the president deleted the post and said he thought he was depicted “as a doctor” with the Red Cross, according to Agencia EFE.
