In one of the posts that generated the most buzz, Michael Puchades questioned the way Lourdes Stephen uses her social media and criticized the content she shares with her followers.
The lawyer stated that, from his perspective, the host’s posts are intended to attract attention through sensual images, and he asserted that such behavior would be incompatible with his religious values and with the respect that, in his view, should exist within marriage.
He also stated that he had repeatedly tried to ask his wife to change that behavior, although he claimed that his requests were ignored.
The statements sparked a wave of reactions among Lourdes’s followers, who expressed both surprise and support for the host.
Puchades continued his post with a reflection inspired by his Christian beliefs. In it, he asked for strength, wisdom, and patience to face the situation, making special mention of his son’s well-being.
He also wrote an appeal addressed to other men, urging them to demand respect within marriage and to fight to restore their families from a religious perspective.
The text concluded with a quote from the biblical passage 2 Timothy 3:6–7, which speaks of people who are driven by various passions and which, according to the lawyer, supported the meaning of his message.

After his posts went viral and were picked up by various media outlets, Michael Puchades changed his Instagram account settings and restricted access to his profile.
The decision led many users to believe that she had deleted the messages addressed to Lourdes Stephen. However, it was later confirmed that the posts remain available to those who follow her private account.
The lawyer even shared a new message with another biblical reference, from Psalm 37, which reads: “The wicked plot against the righteous and gnash their teeth at them, but the Lord laughs at the wicked, for He sees that their day is coming.”
So far, Lourdes Stephen has not publicly responded to the accusations made by her husband, nor has she issued a statement regarding the situation.
Nor has it been confirmed that the couple has begun separation or divorce proceedings. For now, the case remains marked by Michael Puchades’ posts and the TV host’s silence, while her followers continue to watch closely for any statements from either party.
