Singer Taylor Swift and NFL player Travis Kelce have already tied the knot in a private ceremony ahead of their wedding celebrations, which begin this Thursday at Madison Square Garden in New York, according to the entertainment website Page Six.
That media outlet, citing several sources close to the couple, reported that they “legally married” surrounded by a small group of close friends and family, possibly in the state of Tennessee, where the pop star began her musical career.

This Thursday afternoon, about 100 friends and family members of the couple are expected to attend a wedding “rehearsal dinner” at the famous stadium in the Big Apple, and the main reception is scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, with up to 1,000 guests and tight security measures.

A large police presence is expected in the area surrounding the venue, with streets closed from July 2 through July 4. This coincides with a heat wave, Independence Day celebrations, the 250th anniversary of the United States, and World Cup soccer matches in the city.
According to Variety, guests at the wedding include entertainment industry executives and leaders, such as Bob Iger and Disney executives, as well as filmmakers like Steven Spielberg.

The list may also include musicians, producers, and Swift’s regular collaborators, such as Jack Antonoff, Max Martin, and Aaron Dessner, as well as artists like Miranda Lambert and Kelsea Ballerini, according to Agencia EFE.
