Beckham, a former Real Madrid player, attended the Los Angeles Stadium, where the U.S. and Paraguay national teams were playing, alongside his wife, Victoria Beckham, and his friend Tom Cruise.

The World Cup brought together several celebrities in the U.S.

The day was doubly special for the British star, as it coincided with the day he was awarded his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Trudeau, for his part, was accompanied by his current partner, singer Katy Perry, who performed just minutes before the event began as part of the lineup of artists.
