The agency, in charge of administering legal immigration to the country, evaluates each case considering income, family size and poverty level according to federal guidelines. Forms eligible for fee waiver in USCIS<\/h2>\n

USCIS has defined an extensive list of applications for which a full or partial fee waiver may be requested. The main ones include: <\/p>\n

I-90 | Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card.<\/p>\n

I-129 and I-129CW | Nonimmigrant Worker Petitions, applicable in specific cases of CNMI investors.<\/p>\n

I-131 | Application for Travel Document, for humanitarian permits only.<\/p>\n

I-191, I-192 and I-193 | Applications related to exemptions under the Immigration and Nationality Act Buzzy.<\/p>\n

I-290B | Appeals or motions if the base application was waived.<\/p>\n

I-485 | Application for Adjustment of Status, in the case of special categories such as asylees or beneficiaries of the Cuban Adjustment Act.<\/p>\n

I-539 | Extension or change of status for E-2 CNMI Investment categories.<\/p>\n

I-601 | Exemption from grounds of inadmissibility, if the applicant is exempt by public charge.<\/p>\n

I-694, I-751, I-765, I-817, I-821 and I-881 | Various applications for adjustment, work authorization, temporary protection or cancellation of removal.<\/p>\n
