The courts ordered his conditional release and prohibited his immediate detention by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ice.gov\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ICE<\/a> after his release from prison.<\/p>\n<p>In Nashville, District Judge Waverly Crenshaw determined that the Government did not demonstrate that Abrego Garc\u00eda was a danger to the community or a flight risk, and therefore he should be released on bail. However, upon appeals by the Government, a federal judge in Tennessee temporarily postponed his release for 30 days, at the request of the defense.
