Among the 135 cardinals with voting rights, two Mexicans stand out: <strong>Carlos Aguiar Retes<\/strong>, archbishop primate of Mexico, and <strong>Francisco Robles Ortega<\/strong>, archbishop of Guadalajara. Both have extensive experience in the Church and share a pastoral vision close to that of Pope Francis.<\/p>\n<p>Aguiar Retes, 75, has been a key figure in promoting reforms within the Church in Latin America.
