In a video posted on her official Instagram account, the singer of \u201cDai Dai\u201d<\/em> explained the difficult situation facing the Venezuelan education system in the wake of the devastating earthquakes, which left hundreds of schools damaged and thousands of students without a place to continue their studies.<\/p>\n

In her message, Shakira noted that the earthquakes destroyed more than 430 schools, a situation that threatens to prevent thousands of children from returning to school when the new school year begins.<\/p>\n

The singer emphasized that rebuilding educational infrastructure requires an urgent response from the international community, since it will not only be necessary to rebuild the damaged buildings, but also to provide school supplies, train teachers, and ensure that students have the tools they need to continue their education.<\/p>\n

“Venezuela urgently needs resources to rebuild schools, train teachers, and provide books and school supplies,” the artist said in her message.<\/p>\n
