The Mexican national soccer team is shaping up for the Round of 32 at the 2026 World Cup<\/a>, and if current trends hold, Ecuador will be its next opponent. Although there is still a mathematical possibility that could open the door for Scotland as an opponent, the most likely scenario pits Javier Aguirre\u2019s team against the South American side.<\/p>\n
