Amid the national emergency caused by the two earthquakes that struck Venezuela, ousted President Nicol\u00e1s Maduro sent a message to the public from the federal prison in the United States where he is being held on charges of narco-terrorism, drug trafficking, and weapons possession.<\/p>\n
