Galician singer<\/a> Seila \u00c1lvarez<\/span><\/span>known artistically as Seila Esencia, was found dead on Tuesday after being missing for 16 days.<\/p>\n

The news has caused a deep shock in Vigo<\/span><\/span>the city where he lived and where he developed most of his artistic career.<\/p>\n

The National Police<\/span><\/span> confirmed that the body of the 39-year-old artist was found in the early hours of the morning in the area of the green path in Vigo, in the province of Pontevedra.<\/p>\n

Although investigations are still ongoing, authorities reported that, so far, no apparent signs of criminality have been found.<\/p>\n

Seila Esencia found lifeless: Autopsy will be key to clarify what happened<\/h2>\n

For now, the exact cause of death has not yet been determined and it will be the autopsy that will allow us to know what really happened. In the meantime, relatives and friends are waiting for the official results. <\/p>\n

The disappearance of the singer had generated great concern since April 20, when all contact with her was lost. Since then, different groups and citizens have mobilized to try to locate her. <\/p>\n

The SOS Missing Persons<\/span><\/span> issued a public alert requesting citizen collaboration to find the artist. The organization disseminated her photograph and personal details through social networks and different communication channels. <\/p>\n

After the discovery of the body was confirmed, the association shared a message regretting what had happened and sending condolences to their loved ones. The case had aroused great sensitivity among the population due to the uncertainty surrounding the search for more than two weeks. <\/p>\n

Seila \u00c1lvarez had achieved notoriety in 2015 after participating in. Hit – La Canci\u00f3n<\/span><\/span>, a TVE program in which she became a finalist. Her passage through the contest allowed her to gain visibility within the Galician music scene. <\/p>\n

According to local media reports Faro de Vigo<\/span><\/span>during the days of the search, the association SOS Desaparecidos received several calls from people who claimed to have seen the singer in different parts of the city, such as a gas station or near a supermarket.<\/p>\n

However, none of these clues led to her being found alive.<\/p>\n

The news of Seila Alvarez’s death has generated a deep impact among friends, family and followers. Many remember her as a close woman, passionate about music and committed to those around her. <\/p>\n
