The world of cult series is in mourning. Nicholas Brendon, the actor who brought the unforgettable Xander Harris to life on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, passed away yesterday at the age of 54 in his sleep. The news has come as a bucket of cold water for fans, especially since it comes after a year of difficult losses for the original cast. <\/p>\n

His “sister” in fiction and star of the saga, Sarah Michelle Gellar, was one of the first to pay tribute to him with a message that gave us goosebumps, quoting a dialogue from the seventh season that today takes on a new meaning. This is how the Buffy cast bids farewell to Nicholas Brendon. <\/p>\n
