That intimate and romantic side was portrayed in The End of an Era<\/em>, the new docuseries about the successful Eras Tour<\/em>, which has revealed unpublished scenes of what went on behind the scenes. In one of the most emotional moments, Taylor appears reading a letter that Travis sent her before their last concert of the tour, held in Vancouver.<\/p>\n

Surrounded by a bouquet of white roses and with a smile that betrayed her emotion, the singer began to read aloud, “I have so many incredible memories from this tour, but my favorite is seeing you in concert for the first time.” Shortly after, her voice almost breaking, she continued, “Being mesmerized and head over heels in love with a woman who doesn’t even know me.”<\/p>\n

Kelce also recalled the night he got to see her perform for the first time in Kansas City, a moment that marked the beginning of their love story. “Selfishly, I thank you for creating this legendary tour and for making you come through Kansas City. That night was the beginning of my meeting the love of my life,” she wrote. Taylor finished reading the rest of the note in silence, reserving that instant as personal.<\/p>\n

Their relationship dates back to July 8, 2023, when Swift showed up at Arrowhead Stadium. Travis went with the intention of giving her a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it, though he failed to meet her. He later confessed on his New Heights<\/em> podcast that he was disappointed that she was unable to receive it. However, the gesture reached the ears of Andrea, the singer’s mother, who facilitated the first contact between the two.<\/p>\n

After weeks of discreet messages and meetings, they confirmed their romance in September 2023, when Taylor appeared at a Chiefs game to publicly support him.<\/p>\n

The docuseries also shows how Travis was the first person Taylor called after returning to the stage in London following an attempted bombing in Austria.
