zone, and how those bettors earned fraudulent winnings in excess of $400,000 thanks to that privileged information.<\/p>\n<p>Luis Ortiz was arrested in Boston in November 2025 and held on $500,000 bail.<\/p>\n<p>Emmanuel Clase is still free but under investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Both face charges including wire fraud conspiracy, sports bribery and money laundering that could carry up to 20 or even
