Lady Gaga, Bad Bunny and Kendrick Lamar, lead the bets to dominate the Grammy nominations<\/a> to be announced tomorrow, in an edition marked by the return of big names and new musical bets.<\/p>\n

The Recording Academy will announce the most outstanding projects of the past year that will compete in the 68th Grammy Awards, whose winners will be revealed at the gala to be held on February 1 in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

The announcement will be broadcast live on the music institution’s official website and will include the participation of artists such as Sabrina Carpenter and Chapell Roan, who could also be among the nominees in some categories.<\/p>\n

Both Gaga’s risky project, ‘Mayhem’, which revisits the theatrical audacity of her first albums, Kendrick Lamar’s acclaimed ‘GNX’ and Bad Bunny’s nostalgic ‘DeB\u00cd TiRAR M\u00e1S FOToS’, are the main candidates to dominate the most prestigious categories, such as album of the Year and recording of the Year.<\/p>\n

Lady Gaga and Bad Bunny lead the bets<\/h2>\n

While Gaga, who headlined this year’s Coachella festival, and Lamar, who was the most awarded artist at last year’s Grammys with a single song, are recurring performers at this ceremony, Bad Bunny could get an extra boost following the recent announcement that he will headline the 2026 Super Bowl halftime show.<\/p>\n

However, the names of artists such as Sabrina Carpenter and her album ‘Man’s Best Friend’, Justin Bieber and his unexpected ‘Swag’, Elton John and Brandi Carlile with ‘Who Believes in Angels?’, or Tyler, the Creator and his ‘CHROMAKOPIA’, also resonate strongly in the pools of the specialized media.<\/p>\n

Among those listed as possible nominees in the best new artist category are Britain’s Lola Young, known for her viral hit ‘Messy’; Leon Thomas, performer of ‘Mutt’; Olivia Dean, who has gained recognition with ‘Man I Need’; and Ravyn Lenae, author of ‘Love Me Not’, among other names.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, U.S. star Taylor Swift’s latest album, ‘The Life of a Showgirl’, will not count among the top contenders for this year’s Grammys, as its October release excludes it from the competition’s eligibility period.<\/p>\n

Similarly, the lack of new releases leaves Beyonc\u00e9 out of contention this year, although she remains the artist with the most nominations in Grammy history, reported Agencia EFE.<\/p>\n
