David Beckham Makes a Fortune of $51 Million Through His Brands

Former British soccer player David Beckham has received about $51 million (44.7 million euros) in dividends after his brands posted record profits in 2025, driven in part by commercial deals ahead of the 2026 World Cup, The Guardian reported Friday.

DRJB Holdings, the company that oversees the businesses associated with Beckham’s brands, reported pre-tax profits of $65.7 million (57.6 million euros) last fiscal year, up 46% from 2024.

Revenue totaled $110.5 million (96.9 million euros), up 20% from the previous year’s $92.3 million (81 million euros), according to the newspaper, which notes that the financial statements will be published next week with Companies House, the British commercial registry.

According to the data released, the company paid out $51.1 million (44.8 million euros) in dividends in 2025, compared with $53 million (46.5 million euros) in 2024.

In addition to that amount, another $61.6 million (54 million euros) in special dividends was paid out this year.

Beckham owns 45% of DRJB Holdings through his company Footwork Productions, while the remaining 55% is owned by the U.S. group Authentic Brands, which acquired that stake in 2022 for 200 million pounds (228.1 million euros).

His share of the dividends paid out in 2025 and the special dividends paid this year totals about $51 million, according to The Guardian.

According to the newspaper, the growth recorded in 2025 was driven, among other factors, by new agreements leading up to the 2026 World Cup, including a multi-year partnership with Bank of America, under which Beckham became an ambassador for its global sports program.

The model also appeared this summer in about a dozen World Cup-related advertising campaigns for brands such as Lenovo, McDonald’s, Verizon, and Lay’s (a PepsiCo brand).

During the fiscal year, the former soccer player also launched men’s clothing collections with Hugo Boss, an eyewear line with Safilo, and a limited edition of Adidas Predator cleats, and reached an agreement for the “Beckham & Friends Live” show, which airs on Paramount+.

DRJB Holdings consists of three divisions: DB Ventures, which handles a large portion of its commercial agreements; Seven Global, which focuses on licensing agreements with companies such as Adidas; and Studio 99, the production company that made the documentary “Beckham” for Netflix and produced another one about his wife, Victoria Beckham.

In addition, the former captain of the English national team is an investor in businesses outside of DRJB Holdings, including the supplement company IM8, which he co-founded in 2024, and the fruit-and-honey snack company BeeUp, according to Agencia EFE.
